Thailand To Amend Intellectual Property Laws
BANGKOK, Jan 27 (Bernama) — Thailand, by the Ministry of Commerce, is accelerating amending existent laws and will make the revised ones after this year, after carrying been on Washington’s Priority Watch List (PWL) for over 4 years for allegedly violating United States egghead skill rights, Thai News Agency (TNA) reported.
Speaking at a convention here on Thursday on the impediment and termination of violations of egghead skill rights in all forms, Thai Deputy Commerce Minister Siriwat Kajornprasart concurred that the bootleg use is now mostly found by the Internet, as violators try to equivocate offered tawdry products at shops or markets, making it some-more formidable for internal law enforcers to retaliate them.
